12:02 p.m. - To Kessler-Frederick Rd. for a report of phone harassment. A woman reported that her son was having issues with substance abuse. She said that they were speaking with a counselor and the counselor advised that she contact law enforcement to document the matter. She said that her son's girlfriend was at their home on the evening of Dec. 28 and she offered to take the girlfriend home. She said the girlfriend became angered. She said the next morning she looked thru her son's phone and saw several text messages from the girlfriend. They said that the girlfriend was going to "put her down" and cut her brake lines. She was advised to obtain a protection order and was advised of the process to do so.
7:55 a.m. - To Irvington Ave. to assist Medics. A 77-year-old male was unresponsive and was not breathing. Deputies performed CPR on the victim, but he was pronounced dead by Bradford EMS.
