11:46 a.m. - To Bradford-Bloomer Rd. A man reported that he had paid a subject $925 for parts and labor to make plumbing repairs at the residence. He said that the pipe that the subject installed was not working properly because it was installed incorrectly. He said he had to dig up the pipe and replace it properly. He asked for the subject to return $800 that he had paid the subject for labor. The subject said that he would not return the money. He was advised that this was a civil matter and he was referred to the courts. He said he understood, but wanted the incident documented.
12:15 a.m. - To Patty Circle Hill Rd. for a report of a suspicious person. The caller advised that they heard a loud vehicle pull down the driveway and saw flashlights. Upon arrival the deputy checked the property but did not locate anyone.
