Sheriff Reports for the week of January 4, 2017



Thursday, December 29

12:02 p.m. - To Kessler-Frederick Rd. for a report of phone harassment. A woman reported that her son was having issues with substance abuse. She said that they were speaking with a counselor and the counselor advised that she contact law enforcement to document the matter. She said that her son's girlfriend was at their home on the evening of Dec. 28 and she offered to take the girlfriend home. She said the girlfriend became angered. She said the next morning she looked thru her son's phone and saw several text messages from the girlfriend. They said that the girlfriend was going to "put her down" and cut her brake lines. She was advised to obtain a protection order and was advised of the process to do so.


Friday, December 30


12:03 a.m. - To the 9900 block of Montgomery County Line Rd. for a report of an accident. A vehicle had gone off of the roadway and into a deep ditch. No damage was found. The owner was contacted and advised that the vehicle would be towed.


2:41 p.m. - To Kessler-Cowlesville Rd. for a report of an unruly juvenile. A man reported that his step-son refused to listen and do his chores, and that he was talking back. The son said he would do the chores that were asked of him in lieu of an unruly charge. The father was OK with that. Both agreed to work on how they spoke to each other.


Tuesday, January 3

4:18 p.m. - A Rangeline Rd. resident called to discuss personal property owned by him and his girlfriend. He also asked that the girlfriend be trespassed from the property.
